If you order on or before the 10th, your package is included in that month’s mailing cycle and typically begins shipping around the 15th. If you order after the 10th, your first package ships in the next month’s mailing cycle.

Each monthly shipment includes two letters and additional experience pieces such as a mission card, telegram, or insert.
Yes. Tracking is included with every shipment and sent to your email after the package ships.
All packages are shipped through USPS. We do not currently use UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Yes. Enter the recipient’s full name, shipping address, and email at checkout if you want it sent directly to them. If you want to give it yourself, enter your own shipping address.
Yes, but cancellations must be submitted before the 10th to avoid that month’s shipment being processed.
No. Because the product includes printed letters and prepared mail materials, we do not accept returns on shipped packages.
