Monthly Cutoff Date
Orders placed on or before the 10th of the month are included in that month’s mailing cycle. Orders
placed after the 10th move to the next month’s mailing cycle. Example: if someone orders on June 15th,
the first package ships in the July mailing cycle, not June.
Shipping Window
Packages typically begin shipping around the 15th of each month. This is a target shipping window, not
a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Carrier
All packages ship through USPS. Becoming Him does not currently ship through UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Tracking
Tracking is included with every shipment. Once the package ships, tracking details are sent by email.
International Shipping
International packages may take 2-6 weeks after shipment depending on country, customs, holidays,
and postal carrier delays. International tracking will be provided when available.
Holiday / Weather / Carrier Delays
Shipping or delivery may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs processing, postal delays, or
service disruptions.
Address / Email Updates
Customers must update shipping address or email before the 10th of the month to make sure the next
package is sent correctly.
Payment Updates
Payment updates and subscription billing should be handled through PayPal or the PayPal subscription
portal.
Recurring Billing
Memberships renew automatically according to the plan selected unless canceled before the next
billing date and before the monthly cutoff when applicable.
Gift Orders
If the buyer wants the package sent directly to someone else, they must enter the recipient’s name,
shipping address, and email at checkout. If they want to hand-deliver the gift themselves, they should
use their own shipping address.
